Tenta di rubare un euro, otto udienze
(ANSA) - ANCONA, 13 OTT - Otto udienze preliminari per concludere un processo con rito abbreviato che riguardava una tentata rapina di un euro . F.T.L., 35 anni, e' stato assolto dal gip dal reato di tentata rapina perche' incapace d'intendere e di volere. Nel febbraio 2002, all'Universita' di Torrette, l'imputato dopo aver rivolto alcuni apprezzamenti a una studentessa le aveva intimato di consegnargli un euro. Al rifiuto della ragazza, l'uomo l'aveva strattonata senza peraltro ottenere la moneta.

il solito malessere tormenta la mia anima...
fosse polvere,brace...potrei semplicemente spazzare via...come ho sempre fatto...
ma questo momento della mia vita...è + un incubo dal quale non riesco a svegliarmi.
